1 We can not be held responsible for lost mail incoming or outgoing 2 We will send as recorded delivery only if instructed 3 The client is responsible for ensuring the forwarding address is correct at all times, we are not responsible for mail sent to wrong or expired addresses 4 Postal cost top ups if required to be paid within 7 days of receipt 5 Mail will be held after expiry of paid period for one month after which it will be returned to sender unless service is renewed
