Thank you for your interest in our services, the post, email and fax redirection and forwarding service is run by caravan club members, a husband and wife team who have also run a letting agency for over 20 years from their home office, a personal, confidential and efficient service is assured, nobody except the two partners will access any mail whilst on our premises.
As one time motor homers ourselves with no family we found it was difficult to get a friendly reliable service with easy contact and a can do philosophy, and although primarily aimed at the full timer the service is open to anybody without a permanent UK address to receive post
Our business is run from home so security is also assured with no unoccupied offices for mail to go missing from, our premises are never unoccupied
Please note: we can only receive letters and small packages.
POSTAL REDIRECTION
This includes receiving mail at our address (1) above and sending on weekly to anywhere in the world that you require. This location can be changed as many times as you need at any time by emailing or faxing us and of course we can hold your mail until instructed where to send it, plus free use of incoming fax and Email facilities, which is sent on weekly with any mail. If your postage bank should begin to run out we will advise you of this by letter so you can top it up, but the redirection bank will last most people some time, and includes stamps, printed labels and envelopes.
We can receive both business and personal mail and you are allowed one name in each, if required (or yourself and your partner counts as the same).
(1) We can only receive your mail if it is redirected by Royal Mail to our address, we obviously have no control at Royal Mail sorting offices, once received we can then forward to as many locations as you require with unlimited changes, see the details below our pricing table for Royal Mail
Mail will be posted weekly on a Friday, any change of destination must therefore be notified before Friday on any given week, but ideally 2 weeks in advance which will also allow time for mail already sent to reach you
JUNK MAIL
Junk mail can be sorted out if required to avoid wasting postage costs, indicate your preferences on the registration form
If you indicate disposal of junk mail any personal details will be shred before disposal
CHARGES
Our charges comprise two elements, a service charge and a postal cost bank for envelopes, stamps etc which is topped up if required during the year. The running balance of the postal bank and any need for top up will be notified with sent mail. Any credit in the postal bank at the end of the agreed term will be refunded.
