Party leader must be over 23 years old. |

No single sex parties or groups of young people under any
circumstances with the exception of single parent families |

Any shortcomings or problems with the accommodation must be
reported to the owners on arrival, no claims for refunds or compensation
will be considered after the holiday has ended, any claim for a full refund
will require the immediate vacation of the accommodation, if club fees have
been paid on your behalf they will not be refunded |

The party leader is responsible for the behaviour of all
members of their group and shall ensure that no damage is caused to the
caravan or chalet hired, or nuisance caused to other persons on the park.
The park Manager has the right to evict persons causing a nuisance, no
refund will be made in these circumstances |

No pets allowed in the accommodation without prior written
agreement. |
| 6 |
Normal takeover time 4pm and vacation by10am, failure
to vacate on time may result in further charges

| 7 |
In the event of a booking being cancelled by the hirer
within 14 days of the date booked the hirer will be liable for a proportion
of the cost minus the deposit which is forfeited in accordance with the
following scale:-
- 28 - 14 days 50%
- 14-7 days 75%
- 7- 1 day 100%

No refunds will be given where the accommodation pertains to
that booked |

Ticking Yes to the booking conditions on the online booking
form is taken as a signature |
| 10 |
The accommodation must be left in good order and condition,
any damage must be reported to the owner, the units are checked prior to
each letting. |
| 11 |
The hirer is to pay the balance in full at least 6 weeks
prior to the date booked. |
| 12 |
We reserve the right to re-let without notice if the balance
is not received on time. |
| 13 |
Force Majeure - The owners or agents shall not be liable for
non - performance of any of its obligations under this agreement if such non
- performance shall occur as a result of circumstances beyond their control
which shall include ( but not be limited to ) withdrawal or unavailability
of park facilities eg. clubs, swimming pools etc for any reason, industrial disputes, fire,
flood, loss of or poor television signal reception, loss of power gas or
water supply not under their direct control, riots, adverse weather
conditions, civil disturbances, epidemics or health risks or such similar
events, in the case of caravans the aforesaid includes the occurrence of
ants which can be a common and unpredictable problem during hot weather |
